BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY
Once the participant has submitted their request Art e Misia on Location will email the participant within 24 hours with a registration form and fee details for location that has been selected.
Participants are required to fill out the registration form, and have read, the Terms & Conditions on this website and email back to:
(PLEASE NOTE THE SUBMISSION OF THE REGISTRATION FORM CONSTITUTES AN ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS WHICH TAKES EFFECT IMMEDIATELY)
Once the application has been assessed and approved Art e Misia on Location will then email an invoice to the participant requiring a deposit payment of at least 25% of full fee or amount that is specified on invoice which will be required to secure booking.
Participant booking is secured by Art e Misia on Location once the participant has emailed back their completed registration form and made the deposit payment required upon receipt.
Please note that due to commitments of securing flights and accommodation for participant Art e Misia on Location may need to request earlier payment than specified below but prior notice will be given.
Fee payments are to be made in Australian dollars (AUD) via Bank transfer to the following account:
